I haven't tried to make an appointment uninvited but it's always easy when I have been contacted. Staff are friendly and helpful.

If willing to wait a few minutes when phoning at 0800 in a que one always gets a response resulting in a consultation brilliant service.

Often reception very busy when visiting the surgery usually due to self check-in not working correctly. I have noticed that these machines have a notice attached saying please use your knuckle not finger. Results usually 99% successful.
